Five situations where your team benefits from working with me

Your team is spread across countries, cultures, time zones and generations. Nothing is necessarily broken, but you want to ensure your people can thrive, and work together even better.

See Team coaching →

Your team works hard, but decisions are slow, they don't hold up a few weeks later, and the same problems keep coming back.

See Team coaching →

Your best specialists became managers, and they struggle to make the switch to managing people effectively.

See Leadership training →

You are asked to improve how managers lead, and you know a generic course will not change much, and you'll need specialised guidance.

Layoffs are decided. How they are handled will be remembered by the people who leave, the people who stay and the people you hire next.

Three essential services for organisations who want to do better.

01

Team coaching

Your team has the people and the skills, but it still isn't working as one.

Sessions with the whole team. We look at how decisions get made, how people work together, and then change what isn't working. We agree on the goals at the start and check against them over the course of the collaboration.

“We left with clear action points and have already changed how we work on several things.”

Antti Pynnönen, CFO, Incap Corporation

Before each session, I check in with the team's lead, and afterwards we reflect on the outcome and what changed.

Choose the size

  • One session. A half-day with the whole team. Good for a kick-off, a reset, or to tackle one specific problem.
  • A programme over months. Several sessions with the team, and a review at the end against the goals you set.
  • A programme with 1:1 coaching. Coaching for key people alongside the team sessions, so the changes you work on can last.

For leadership teams, project teams and teams in the middle of change.

02

Leadership training

Your best specialists became managers. Now they need to learn how to lead.

Practical training built around real situations from your company, not a generic curriculum. Managers leave with things they can use the next morning.

Topics

  • Effective 1:1s
  • Hard conversations
  • Feedback
  • Delegating
  • Leading through change

Choose the size

  • One workshop. One topic, built around real situations from your company.
  • A programme over months. Several sessions for everyone from first-time managers to experienced leaders.
  • A programme with 1:1 coaching. Coaching added alongside the sessions, so the change sticks.

In English or Estonian, on-site or online.

In just 12 months, I ran 35+ leadership programmes for 200+ leaders. Participants rated them 4.9/5.

For first-time managers and experienced leaders who want a sharper edge.

03

Career Transition Programme

Layoffs are decided. How you handle them impacts your company long after. Outplacement support for the people being let go.

The people who stay judge you by how others are let go. I support the people being let go, so they can land on their feet. I know first-hand what those first weeks feel like and can offer truly sympathetic support.

  • 1:1 career coaching for the leaver. 6 sessions over 2 to 3 months: 5 with me, covering what they actually want next and a plan to get there, and 1 with a practising recruiter, focused on LinkedIn and CV. Based in the Estonian market, with reach well beyond it. Paid by your company.
  • First session within the first weeks after the announcement, when people need it most.
  • Can be added: preparation for the managers who deliver the news.

Also works for large layoffs: we agree the size in the scoping call, and I bring in expert professionals from my network when the numbers call for it.

I've sat on your side of the table.

Kerttu Sepp, career and leadership coach

I spent 16 years inside organisations, in HR and learning and development. I've trained and coached managers and multicultural teams across time zones, and supported layoffs as a people partner. I've also been laid off myself, in a round of 279 people. I know how decisions get made, and how they land with people.

I'm an ANSE-certified coach and trainer, trained in supervision and systemic coaching. In practice, that means I look at how the whole team works together, not only at the people in it.

For bigger projects, I don't work alone. I work with a trusted network of career counsellors, coaches, trainers and recruiters, so the work fits the size of your organisation.

Clear steps, clear goals. We map where you are, agree what should change, and check at the end whether it did.

01

Scoping call, 30 minutes

You tell me what's going on and what should be different. We agree on the goal and who needs to be involved, and decide together whether we're the right fit. We also agree on how big the work needs to be: one session or a longer programme.

02

You get a proposal

A clear scope, clear goals and a fixed price. We also agree how we'll know whether it worked.

03

We map, then we work

We start with a short mapping. How deep it goes depends on the work: lighter for a single session, deeper for a longer programme. We agree the details in the scoping call. Then the sessions, training, and/or coaching. I check in before and after each one and adjust if something has changed.

04

We look at what moved

We go back to the goals from step 2. You get an honest summary, including what didn't move.

Book a scoping call.

Tell me what's going on with your team, your managers or your layoffs. In 30 minutes, we will define the goal, determine who needs to be involved, and decide together whether we're the right fit. A written proposal follows.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the group and the number of sessions. After the scoping call, you will get a written proposal with a fixed price.

What do you need from us?

An open conversation about what your team or organisation needs, what people are saying, and what the hard data shows. We start that in the scoping call.

What do you report back to us?

The goals we agreed on, attendance, and what changed at team level. What people tell me in 1:1 sessions is private and stays between me and them. That is why they talk honestly, and we can bring about change that lasts.

Can you come to us?

Yes. In Tallinn, abroad or online. In English or Estonian.

One person needs coaching, not a whole programme.

You can sponsor a 1:1 coaching process for them, or they can book me directly. See 1:1 coaching →
