Managers and specialists who are good at their jobs and no longer sure they're in the right one. I don't work by talking through how you feel about it. I work by mapping the decision itself: your patterns, your values, and what's actually driving the choice.

How it works

A structured three-month process. We map where you are, find the patterns keeping you stuck, and test your options against what actually matters to you.

We talk free, 30 minutes

You tell me what's going on. I tell you honestly whether I think I can help. No pitch, no pressure. You decide.

We work 3 months, six sessions

Bi-weekly 90-minute sessions. Every session is summarised and sent to you within 24 hours.

You leave with something real

A clear read on what you want, a map of why you've been stuck, and a concrete next step that's yours rather than inherited.

About Kerttu

I'm Kerttu Sepp.

Sixteen years of working with people. Teacher, trainer, facilitator, HR generalist, people partner, leadership coach. Different roles, different sectors but the focus has always been the same: people development, learning, and helping organisations and individuals move forward.

Ten years ago I decided to move from the public and NGO sector into business. I didn't wait for it to happen. I learned software development and product management, and I got myself into the technology sector. On my own terms.

Then a mass layoff made the next decision for me. And instead of finding another role, I started this.

So I've been through both. The pivot you choose. And the one that gets chosen for you. I know what each of them feels like from the inside and I know what actually helps you move through them.

I've also studied twice in Germany and done volunteer work in Romania with AIESEC. I'm ANSE-certified, trained in supervision and systemic approaches. I work in English and Estonian, and I take confidentiality seriously.

No. Most people contact me precisely because they don't. That's the starting point, not a prerequisite.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on where you are now and what you want next. If something deeper comes up, I'll tell you honestly.
